Back when I was blogging - I think by then I’d progressed from Blogger as a platform to Squarespace - I wrote a series of posts called ‘Food Memories’. They explored all those emotions and stories bound up in food: the procurement, preparation, cooking and eating of it. Some meals and ingredients were mundane, others more special or celebratory.
